All online quotes or initial price ranges provided prior to a visual on-site inspection are preliminary approximations. Final pricing is established in writing following an in-person assessment by Manuel Rodriguez or an authorized representative, taking into account square footage, topography, access obstacles, and soil conditions.

3. Property Access and Safety

Property owners agree to ensure clear, unobstructed access to the work area (including unlocked gates) and that pets and children remain securely indoors during power equipment operation. Any underground utilities, sprinkler lines, or buried cables not mapped by public mark-out must be disclosed prior to deep aeration or trenching.

4. Weather & Seasonal Scheduling

Outdoor landscaping and turf maintenance are dependent upon northeastern weather conditions. In the event of severe rain, saturated soil, lightning, or snow, scheduled dates may be adjusted to protect turf integrity and crew safety.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, brand names, logos, project photography, and website design elements on this site are the property of SCENERY NATURE LANDSCAPE L.L.C and are protected under applicable trademark and copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability
